Terms of Service & Booking Conditions

1. Service Agreement By booking a service with FL Grill Services, you agree to the following terms. We provide engineering-level gas diagnostics, code-compliant repairs, and signature restoration for premium outdoor kitchens.
2. Booking and Estimates All online bookings are considered “Requests for Service.” Because we tailor our approach to your specific equipment, your appointment is not officially confirmed until our team reviews your request, confirms your location within our service route, and finalizes the pricing with you.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Right to Refuse Service Safety is our absolute priority. FL Grill Services reserves the right to refuse service, halt work, or red-tag an appliance if our licensed technician determines the gas setup is illegally constructed, structurally compromised, or poses an immediate danger to the property or personnel.
5. Payment Terms Payment is due in full upon completion of the service visit unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and standard digital payment methods.
